The "Lapis Gulung - Prunes" is one of the top all time favourite Indonesian kue (cake). Baked at San Bakery upon order with premium ingredients and zero preservatives. Using only premium Butter from Europe and the layers are glued into a roll using fresh jam. The cake is soft, moist, fragrant and not so sweet. One piece is never going to be enough. A perfect combination for tea or coffee.
